Digital assets can be highly volatile. Prices may rise or fall significantly over short periods of time, and users may lose part or all of the value of assets held through Athena.
Stablecoins may lose their peg, become illiquid, face issuer restrictions, or be frozen or blacklisted by their issuers. Athena cannot guarantee redemption, liquidity, or price stability.
Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, outages, validator failures, or other technical issues that affect transaction processing and asset availability.
Service interruptions, maintenance events, regulatory actions, banking disruptions, third-party failures, or cybersecurity incidents may impact access to services or transaction processing.
